We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
For any incorrect product delivered to you where the delivered product does not match the item in your order confirmation, we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement. Please note, that the seal of the outer carton of any incorrect item delivered has to be intact for an exchange request to be fulfilled by us.
If any product delivered to you has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
Only requests for exchange made within 48 hours of delivery of your consignment shall be considered by us. Any items exchanged for the first time will be free of cost to you.
If you receive a defective product and request an exchange of the item within the stipulated 48 hour time period from delivery of consignment, and if the product of your choice is not in stock, we will, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 10 working days from time of receipt of returned product to us. The refund shall be made through any online mode of payment.
Orders once placed, can't be cancelled.
